TOGETHER, WE CAN END HOMELESSNESS.
EVERYONE DESERVES A HOME
The Homeless Alliance works to rally our community to end homelessness by bringing together organizations to collaborate, identifying and filling gaps in services, streamlining processes, and using research-based strategies and national best practices to get people off the streets. Since 2004, we have housed thousands of people in OKC, built a homeless resource campus where people can visit to get help from dozens of agencies, and launched four successful social enterprises offering supportive employment to people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Because we believe everyone deserves a safe place to call home.

RALLYING THE
COMMUNITY!
The holidays bring a lot of excitement and joy to many. While we do our best to create a cozy and festive environment for our clients experiencing homelessness, we could use a little help decking the
halls this year!
There are so many ways to spread joy this holiday season with the Homeless Alliance. From sponsoring a recently housed client's holiday wish list to holding a collection drive for our shelter guests, there's something for everyone. Learn more below on how YOU can get involved. We love celebrating this season of giving with you and your family.
When it starts to get colder outside, it becomes more and more dangerous for our neighbors experiencing homelessness. We are honored to be a part of the network of service providers, community groups, and individuals who work together each winter to ensure the safety of our most vulnerable members.
To help meet the community’s need, our Day Shelter is open daily from 6:30 AM to 4 PM. Our Winter Shelter is currently open daily from 4 PM until 7 AM through March 31 and has space for up to 300 adults and their pets.

The Homeless Alliance began 20 years ago as a group of community volunteers concerned about the fractured system of care for people experiencing homelessness in Oklahoma City. After launching with just one employee in a borrowed office in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of OKC, one of the first initiatives of the Homeless Alliance was to begin convening the directors of the community's overnight shelters. Today, the Homeless Alliance operates a multi-agency homeless resource campus with access to multiple nonprofit and government agencies providing services including health clinics, veterans services, budgeting and legal assistance. Here's to the next 20 years!
